PLAYER PROFILE UPDATES

• What is a Player Profile?
  Each player has a profile page that can host a lot on information and can be updated real time.
• What should I do with this player profile?
  This is a GREAT way to share information with college coaches, add to social profiles.
• Is there an example of a profile?
  YES… as a matter of fact you can see one here EXAMPLE PROFILE
  NOTE: Player Profiles will look different when logged in or logged out of website.
• How does a player update their profile?
  Here are 2 options:

1. Complete this form and Player Profile Data will be updated within 48 hours.

2. Update yourself.
   To update a players profile
   you first need access. Unfortunately parents can not able to update a
   players data directly, you will need to log in with players credentials
   or have the player log in. To get Player access to update profile choose
   this option.

It is a work in progress but Players can log in and update their info real time.

Once you are logged in you will be able to update your profile information.

NOT GETTING EMAIL?

IMPORTANT:  If you are not getting a rest link do this.

1. Check you Spam / Junk folder.
2. If you are SBCGlobal , AT&T or HotMail email Users.  These are notorious for blocking see below:

SBC Global
To whitelist booster@kickapoofootball.com and admin@kickapoofootball.com on your SBC Global account follow these steps:

1. Go to the SBC Global Mail page and click the Options link.
2. In the Management section, click the Filters link.
3. Click the Add button.
4. In the “From header”rule, in the field to the right of contains, enter booster@kickapoofootball.com
5. From the Move the message to pull-down list, choose inbox.
6. Click the Add Filter button to save the filter.
7. Repeat for any other email addresses you want to whitelist

Hotmail
To whitelist our address with Hotmail you will need to add booster@kickapoofootball.com to your Hotmail Safe List. Here’s how:

1. First, if you find email from us in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “Not Junk” Next, check to see if if the email address booster@kickapoofootball.com is on your Blocked Senders list.
   If you find booster@kickapoofootball.com on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the “Remove” button.
2. Next, open your mailbox and click “Options” in the upper right hand corner. At the top of the page, click on the “Junk E-mail Protection” link Next, click on “Safe List”, which is down near the bottom.
3. Copy and paste booster@kickapoofootball.com where it says “Type an address or domain.” Click the “Add” button

If you have done this, let us know and we will set your PW manually.
